SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic agonist of the estrogen-related receptors (ERRα/β/γ), nuclear receptors that drive mitochondrial biogenesis and oxidative metabolism in muscle. In animal models it reproduces part of the transcriptional signature of endurance exercise (Billon et al., ACS Chem Biol 2023).

Selected for exercise-capacity and metabolic protocols; human data are still preclinical.
